Anthony is our newest addition, and comes well-qualified. He has jumped in too many places to list and now has made AZ home. Tournament Poker is Anthony’s sideline and he has seen a few big pots. Tandem skydiving is a lot like poker he says, “play your card right and it all works out”… LOL

Tim is a  2nd Generation award-winning skydiver. Following his father to the US Skydiving Team in 1998, Mr. Straus was on the original US team in 1964. The medals prove that he is indeed world class, and with 18,000 jumps, that puts Tim up there near the top.

Read about our team. The Fortner family business began in 1998 when Randall Fortner began training new jumpers in Canon City, Colorado. His passion for the sport passed to his children who began skydiving a few years later. Thomas Fortner his son, is an advanced USPA skydive instructor with more than 10,000 skydives. Kora Fortner his daughter, is currently working on her USPA Skydive Coach Ratings and has over 250 skydives. Breanne Fortner (AKA Dropzone Mom) works behind the scenes. If you have called us for any reason, chances are you spoke with her. She is also the glue that holds our staff together. From bandaids to hugs and words of encouragement, she is the on call Mom for all of the staff. The Fortners all love sharing first time skydiving with everyone they meet, and are proud of everything about our team
